Russell Watson is a Barbadian artist, film maker and arts educator who works mainly in digital media and theatre. He studied Theatre and Education in at Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts in Jamaica and Film, Video and New Media at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He currently lectures in film at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill) and leads the multimedia workshop RSTUDIO. In addition to his work in conventional media including his award winning feature film “A Hand Full of Dirt” (2010), he has curated and exhibited in numerous gallery exhibitions in Barbados, the wider Caribbean, and internationally. His current project The Temple Manuscripts to which “BC42023011” (displayed at the hotel) belongs, is an ever-growing library of digital assets that use photography,
